At this time Germaine Cassell has made the decision to retire, and Dec. 23rd will be her last day in the annex office building. We will certainly miss Germain's presence here in the offices and I want to ask you to join with me in assuring her of our prayers. I am truly grateful for her years of service here in the annex. She does assure me that she will be able to volunteer from time to time. We are now beginning the search for a new secretary/receptionist in the annex.
