It's showtime! You are invited to perform in the 2nd annual Mary Fair Talent Show just one month from now. The show will be the grand finale of our Mary Fair parish picnic on Saturday, October 10. Last year’s show was a riot!
Remember that any talent is worth sharing with your church family--within reason, of course. J Sign up to sing, dance (tap, clog, soft-shoe, hip-hop), juggle, do magic tricks, recite poetry, play an instrument, perform cheer squad routines, perform skits.
Or maybe stand-up comedy is more your style. Or pantomime! Or fast-painting. Or jumping rope. Or video. Or silly human tricks. Hey, whatever it is, if it’s fun for you it will be fun for us all! Groups or solo, young or old, just show us your stuff and we’ll all have a good time.
There will be a limited number of acts, so sign up now by contacting Paul Hiller at 660-0506 or phillerk@sbcglobal.net. He will need to know the name, type, and length of your act and also what kind of special accommodations you might require on the gymnasium stage. Each act will be responsible for its own props as necessary, but if you will need assistance with stage preparation it would be helpful to let Paul know that in advance.
