Do you know that Pope Benedict XVI has announced a special "Year of Faith" to help Catholics appreciate the gift of faith, deepen their relationship with God and strengthen their commitment to sharing faith with others? What a wonderful time to deepen our faith and meet new people by signing up for one of our Fall Bible studies!
The Bible Timeline: The Story of Salvation
Begins September 12th, Wednesday 7:00 – 8:30 pm
The Bible Timeline: The Story of Salvation is a fascinating study that takes you on a journey through entire Bible. As you explore salvation history – from its beginning in Genesis through the coming of Christ and the establishment of the Catholic Church – you will see the unfolding of God’s loving plan for humanity. This 24 week study is highly recommended for those who are new to our Bible studies or have yet to look at the “bigger picture” of salvation history.
Begins September 4th, Tues. 7:00 – 8:30 pm
The conflicts of the early Christians in Corinth are in many ways similar to our struggles today as Christians. This 10 part study examines St. Paul’s message and challenges us apply it to our lives.
Walking Toward Eternity
Begins September 20th
Thursday 10:00 – 11:30 am
Walking Toward Eternity is an inspiring series designed to help you live your faith more fully by developing and nurturing characteristics that are essential to the Christian life. In this eight week study, renowned Catholic speaker Jeff Cavins offers insights and commentary on what it takes to live each of the seven virtues in your daily life.
Parables of the Kingdom
Begins September 9th
Sunday 9:15 – 10:15 am
“Do you not understand this parable?” is a question Jesus posed to his disciples (Mark 4:13). The Parables of the Kingdom is a six week study that helps us to hear and see Jesus’ parables with new eyes and renewed hearts – thereby allowing the parables to transform our lives and help us to respond with new conviction to the gospel’s power in our world.
