Vacation Bible School Visit fromTherapetics

Early last week, Therapetics came to visit Vacation Bible School. Therapetics is a non-profit organization that trains puppies to become service dogs. We got to see this dog pick up items (credit cards, cell phone, purse...) for its trainer. Dogs like her can also turn on lights, reach hard to reach places, be the ears for its owner, sense the oncoming of an epileptic seizure...and many other abilities that help upgrade the quality of life for their owners.
